Bill Bailey "Tinselworm Tour"

Last night Mick & I shuffled off to the Qpac concert hall to see Bill Bailey from the awesome ABC TV show "Black Books".

We handed over our tickets only to discover that we had tickets for the TUESDAY night show not the Monday night show! Luckily for us the ticket manager swapped our tickets... and for better seats than before!

I thought the show was good.. not great. I really enjoyed his bits when he played all his instruments (keyboards, acoustic guitar, electric guitar & mandalin).

The Imperial March done 'skat' was hilarious.

I found that when he did comedy that was about 'local' stuff it was really funny. I didn't like his political comedy very much as it was a bit too "American". A couple of times he was very Monty Python absurd too.

All in all though I did have a fun night out.
