Angie's 30th European Birthday Dinner

Mick & I drove to Mermaid Waters on the Gold Coast to go to Angie's 30th birthday "European" dinner. Mick dressed as an Irish soccer holigan complete with a four-pack of Guiness & a bag of potatos and I dressed as a French girl with french bread stick & a bottle of French champagne We following the flags of Switzerland (Angie is from Switzerland) up to her unit which was also decorated in flags and the flower print table cloth of eidelweiss. Her mum who was over visiting from the homeland and Ange had cooked up a feast of their national food which included the most yummy carrot salad. Her mum also cooked a traditional apple pie & bavarian black forest cake. Yumm.
All the guest came as different countries...dutch, German & gypsies.
Ange was a swiss milk maid.

It was a fun night. After dinner we played a chocolate eating game & Balderdash
(a Mick favourite).

We got home at about 2.00am & crashed.
